Conrad specializes in financial planning and structuring for businesses and owner-operated aircraft around the globe. He advises on planning, acquisition, and entry into service as well as supplemental lift and direct ownership alternatives. Previously, he managed a US-China joint venture specializing in wealth management for UHNW individuals and worked in the private equity sector doing financial analysis and deal support for Focus Financial Partners. Raised in New York and living in Montana, Conrad is a graduate of NYU and is an avid skier and pilot.

Spencer Jaffe
Spencer focuses on Lowi's operations and business development. He designs better client experiences, fosters partnerships, and works on sales cycle efficiency. Previously, he founded an alternative investment fund focusing on impact-driven businesses and worked at YouTube and IBM in marketing and operations roles, driving the international growth of priority business units at each. He holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. He enjoys live music, skiing, and making dad jokes.
Lindsey has spent her career supporting executives’ business growth at YPO - Young Presidents Organization. She specializes in strategic planning, organizational innovation, and new service delivery. Lindsey holds a MSc in Futures from The University of Edinburgh and a BA in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College.

Rudy Adolf is an Austrian-born American, and is the founder and former chief executive officer and chairman of Focus Financial Partners. He was previously an SVP at American Express and a partner at McKinsey. Rudy holds a PhD from the University of Innsbruck, and is an avid pilot.

John Krummell
John Krummell is the CEO and President of Advance Storage Products, growing the company from 5 employees to more than 250. John began his career as Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting, and was later the President of JBI Industries. John is active in the RMI (Rack Manufacturers Institute) Leadership, and serves as chair of Pallet Rack Safety Committee. John serves on the board of the Long Beach Metro YMCA and has held multiple leadership roles in YPO (Young President's Organization) including chapter chair and manufacturing network chair. He holds a BSIE from USC and an MBA from UCLA.
