Conrad Adolf is the CEO and Founder of LOWI Solutions. Under his leadership, LOWI has diversified its services to include advisory, logistics, and platform solutions. Prior to founding LOWI, Conrad spent over a decade in private equity, having worked on more than 30+ transactions cumulatively worth over $7bn in value, including a significant role in taking Focus Financial Partners public in 2018. He holds an ATP, CFI, and MEI and a BA in Philosophy and Political Science from New York University.

Lindsey Krummell is the President, COO, and Co-Founder of LOWI Solutions. With 15+ years of experience in strategic foresight and program management, she leads LOWI’s delivery of flexible, mission-driven approaches for national governments and their partners. Prior to founding LOWI Solutions, Lindsey led multimillion-dollar programs working across the US, UK, Costa Rica, and Rwanda. She is an advisory board member to a $100M+ manufacturing firm. Lindsey holds an MSc from the University of Edinburgh’s Futures Institute and a BA from Occidental College.

Lt. Gen. Michael A. Loh was the Director, Air National Guard, the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. He was responsible for formulating, developing and coordinating all policies, plans and programs affecting 108,400 Air National Guard Airmen and civilians across 90 wings and 180 installations in 159 communities throughout the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. He served seven years on active duty as an F-16 instructor and strike pilot for U.S. Air Forces Europe and at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. He joined the Colorado Air National Guard in 1991 and has held command, staff and supervisory positions including group and squadron commander; Air Force Assistant to the Commander, North American Aerospace Defense Command; Assistant to the Chief of Staff; and Assistant Adjutant General of Colorado for Air and Space. Lt. Gen. Loh is a 1984 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy.

Ruediger (“Rudy”) Adolf is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of LOWI Solutions and the Founder & CEO of E-3 Tech LLC, a16z-backed holding company that scales businesses at the nexus of macro shifts and AI through programmatic M&A; he is also Chairman of Sylvan Inc. Previously, Rudy founded and led Focus Financial Partners, building it into the world’s leading partnership of independent wealth-management firms, taking it public on Nasdaq in 2018 and guiding its $7.3 billion sale to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and Stone Point Capital in 2023. At the time of privatization, Focus comprised nearly 100 partner firms with 6,000 professionals managing $400 billion in client assets across the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, Switzerland, the Bahamas, and Panama. Earlier in his career, Rudy held senior executive positions at American Express and McKinsey & Company, working in both New York and Munich.

Ruediger “Rudy” Adolf

Paul (“Tucker”) Jancsy is a transportation and logistics professional with 20+ years of service in the U.S. Air Force. A decorated combat pilot, Tucker served with deployments in Afghanistan, Iraq, North Africa and the Indo-Pacific. He was a member of the elite corps of airmen known as Joint Terminal Attack Controllers (JTAC), for elements of the 1st Armored Division, 101st Airborne Division, NATO Allied forces, and the International Security Assistance Force-Afghanistan. Following his military service, Tucker joined L-3 Communications, now L3Harris Technologies in their ISR division where he spent most of his time overseas in operations of national significance. Following his time at L-3, Tucker joined Delta Air Lines, where he managed 3,100 pilots as an Assistant Chief Pilot at NYC’s John F. Kennedy International Airport. Tucker holds a BS in Aeronautical Science from Dowling College and an MBA from Benedictine University.

Paul “Tucker” Jancsy

Johnny is a retired national security professional with over 32 years of distinguished government service including 20 years in the U.S. Army and 14 years with the Central Intelligence Agency. A former Special Forces Engineer Sergeant with the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne), Johnny later became a U.S. Army AH-64D Apache pilot, serving multiple combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan and earning the Bronze Star for his contributions. Following his military service, Johnny joined the CIA, where he ultimately served as Chief of Operations for the Agency's Air Branch. In this role, he oversaw more than 1,000 personnel and managed budgets exceeding $500 million. His work took him to global conflict zones including Syria, Iraq, Ukraine, and Afghanistan. For his leadership and valor during the Afghanistan withdrawal, Johnny was awarded the Intelligence Star—one of the CIA’s highest honors.
